Before confirmation
A request can be cancelled free of charge before services are confirmed and payment is made.
After confirmation
Any refund depends on the cancellation date and the suppliers' actual non-refundable costs.
Non-refundable services
These items must be identified separately before payment.
Date changes
We first check a transfer or credit, subject to supplier rules and the new travel season.
Force majeure
The written booking terms, applicable law and supplier refund availability determine the process.
