Booking terms

The basic request, confirmation and service rules for YOLA Armenia.

A request is not a booking

A form or message starts an availability check. A booking exists after written confirmation and agreed payment.

Price

From-prices are estimates. The final amount depends on dates, party size, accommodation and live supplier availability.

Before payment

You receive the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, final price, payment timing and cancellation rules.

Changes

Customer-requested changes are repriced. The programme order may change for safety, weather or opening hours while an equivalent service is maintained.

Traveller responsibility

The traveller checks documents, visa requirements, insurance and medical restrictions.
